Call for book chapters: The Global Forces and Local Responses Shaping Education and Development in Central America

The Central American University invites book proposals for the book 'The Global Forces and Local Responses Shaping Education and Development in Central America: Research on Challenges to Equality, Inclusion, and Transformation', which aims to bring together researchers of Central America to explore the dynamics of global forces that challenge education systems in the region, such as macroeconomic pressures, geopolitical intervention, climate change, immigration, etc., and to highlight the local efforts that seek to address, mitigate, and even counteract these forces.

Interested candidates can submit their abstracts by January 15, 2021 in Word format to pmartin@uca.edu.sv, or donalde@hawaii.edu.
