- Scale anchoring of TIMSS International Benchmarks
- 19 members, nominated by participating entities:
- TIMSS 2015 Questionnaire Item Review Committee (QIRC)
- 7 members, all experienced experts
- Participation in the development of the contextual framework and background questionnaires
