- Test development – selecting passages and assisting with item development for PIRLS and PIRLS Literacy
- Participation in scale anchoring of PIRLS International Benchmarks
- Providing expert advice about the development of the PIRLS 2016 reading assessment:
- PIRLS 2016 Questionnaire Development Group (QDG)
- Participation in the development of the contextual framework and background questionnaires
