The international handbook of comparative large-scale studies in education provides an overview of history, theory, aims, and methodology of international large-scale assessment (ILSA). It introduces how to analyze the ILSA data, and it describes exemplary how researchers have been using ILSA data to investigate the relationship between school climate and student outcomes. Many other aspects are covered by the handbook which concludes with an outlook to future potential of the ILSAs.

ProLiteracy is the largest member-based adult literacy and basic education nonprofit organization in the United States. The free, online journal is published three times per year to share research and best practices in adult literacy, numeracy, and English language education with practitioners, policy makers, and funders. Each issue of Adult Literacy Education includes two thought-provoking and peer-reviewed research articles written by leaders in the field. It also features other content of interest like resource reviews, opinion pieces, discussion forums, and technology solutions.
